One of the main duties of OnlyDads is providing accessible signposting to other organisations that can provide help and support to dads and their children.
On this page we have links for grandparents, families of prisoners, those in the forces, and other more mainstream organisations and help-lines. One of the difficulties we have (due to lack of resource) is keeping up with all the organisations to whom we should signpost.
I have mentioned many times before just how wonderful the commentators are on this blog – and I hope this time you don’t mind me asking a massive favour – and that is to review the links we have and advise us of any other groups and charities who should be added to these pages.
We will always ask permission before adding links, and if you would like to promote/suggest any groups we have missed, please add them to the comment box below or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Being a Welshman (compulsory rugby at school) I had the principle of “quick hands” drummed into me from an early age. At OnlyDads we know that there are many charities and groups, and other voluntary organisations who can offer better, more tailored support for Dads and their children given particular circumstances. The more we can link to, the better it will be for those dads seeking support and direction from our website.
Thank you in advance for any help and advice you can offer. Just to recap, the organisations already listed can be found here.
