We are fully aware that becoming a charity in itself will not provide us with the financial silver-bullet required to fulfil all the work we want to do – fundraising in today’s competitive environment will not be easy or straightforward!
To this end, we are working very hard to secure and enhance our core business plan.

Advertising on our site
1.) Marketing opportunities on our Solicitors directory, IFA directory, and Mediation directory are aimed to generate income to help us fulfil our core work and offer something back to those professionals who support us. Not only do we provide valuable location-exclusive back links – we are also not coy about offering those firms you support us, an introduction and positive “shout-out” to our thousands of Twitter followers!
2.) Individual “page” sponsorship – see our Alternative Family section for an example. We know that sections of our websites get thousands of visits, but these pages need constant work to keep our information and signposting completely up to date. Such sponsorship really helps.
While we offer free basic-level membership, there are paying options to enhance the dating experience on OnlyDating. All income received supports the ongoing growth of our organisations. Telling your friends about us and/or liking our facebook page will help enormously at this stage. And you can follow us on Twitter.
We are just beginning to explore this idea: Given the amount of media coverage OnlyDads and OnlyMums receive, and the potential for our organisation’s “middle way” approach to continue to increase in popularity, we feel there is genuine merit in a major company/organisation coming on board as our “principle” supporter.
Finding such a supporter, and then ensuring there is strategic and cultural synergy between our two organisations remains work in progress…
