#Cybermummy – Supporting Enterprise and Start-ups

Please excuse a rather different #cybermummy post. But the conference left me with a very simple thought!

I met many people at the conference who use Twitter and blogging to promote something. Be it their writing, or a cause, or their fledgling business. So it is with the OnlyDads movement. You can read about our plans for the future here.

To help with the funding of our organisations (and as an additional one-stop-shop service for our single parents) OnlyMums and OnlyDads have opened up their new dating site

We do not have the budget to promote this new service as much as we would like. I bet some of you reading this will know the feeling!

This is where we might be able to help each other?

If you want to promote your enterprise we are very open to the idea of exchanging logos and links. We have space on the OnlyMums and OnlyDads websites for advertising in all sections. We offer just one-advertising slot on each page.

We are very interested in a free exchange of links with genuine products that benefit mums and dads and their children, and those individuals and organisations that can provide services and support to single parents and separated families.

We have an open mind and as long as there is a strategic fit with our broad objectives, we see this as a very simple (no cost) way of promoting our services and promoting the work of others. We would just add that there has never been a better time to advertise with us – as our media coverage (BBC News and Radio 5 in the last week) has never been better!

If you would like a discussion about your product/service and how we might be able to support each other, please contact Bob on Twitter via @onlydads  or email info@onlydads.org

So… #cybermummy. Thank you for affording me the opportunity to meet and get involved in what is clearly a growing community. And if you are interested in this “you scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours” initiative, please do get in touch.
